Nicoleta Stickelmann
Nicoleta Stickelmann founded La Esthétique with a clear aspiration: aesthetic medicine at the highest medical level – individual, transparent and focused on genuine skin health rather than short-term appearance.
As a specialist in skin health and medical skin therapies, she brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field. As a former clinic manager responsible for over 20 doctors and several locations, she combines clinical quality standards with the personal commitment to accompany each patient individually.

Dr. Muhammet Cinar
Specialist in Ophthalmology | Aesthetic Medicine
Dr. Cinar combines his expertise as an ophthalmologist with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic proportions. His focus is on minimally invasive facial treatments, laser medicine and the precise application of botulinum toxin and fillers – particularly in the sensitive eye and mid-face area.
Fatma Kaymaz
Certified Skin Expert
Fatma Kaymaz is a certified skin expert specialising in medical skin therapies, skin health, device-based cosmetics and regenerative treatment concepts. Her holistic approach combines state-of-the-art device cosmetics with in-depth medical knowledge of skin physiology and skin health.
All invasive and minimally invasive treatments at La Esthétique are performed exclusively by licensed physicians or supervised under medical supervision. Non-invasive treatments are carried out by our certified skin expert according to a medical treatment plan. All treatment recommendations are based on an individual medical assessment.
